Brilliant has established one of the world's largest state-of-the-art BSL-3
manufacturing facilities for biological products geared for large-scale
operations and equipped to handle exotic strains of the future. The
Company has not only expanded its production capacity of FMD vaccines
from 100 million doses p.a. to 300 million doses p.a., but also scaled-up its
production capacity of anti-rabies vaccine from 1 million doses p.a. to
9 million doses p.a. With its fully-automated 10KL bioreactors,
fermentation technology, bio-kill system for decontamination, and several
other hi-end infrastructure and technological capabilities, Brilliant is firmly
placed among the best-in-class biotech companies.
Brilliant’s infrastructure facilities are GMP, WHO-GMP and GLP certified,
and the R&D facility is certified by the Department of Scientific and
Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India. The vaccine
manufacturing technology is obtained from IVRI-ICAR, TANUVAS, PHE etc. |
