company's chlorinated paraffin manufactured at a 5 MTPD plant, has
found widespread usage as a plasticiser for PVC, Paints, Flame Retardants,
Sealants & Mastics, Adhesives and also as an additive in oils, metal
working lubricants and leather.

has also ventured into the highly competitive area of real estate
development and has as expected, carved a niche for itself in
this field of operations too. TGV Mansion at Hyderabad, and Krishna
Jyotsna Complex, Kurnool are examples of the company's excellence
in construction activities. TGV Mansion, spread over 6 floors covers
over 60,000 sft. of prime commercial space in the heart of the city.
Prestigious corporates like ICICI Bank and Brilliant Securities
Ltd. operate from the premises. Krishna Jyotsna Complex at Kurnool,
is a sprawling 1,00,000 sft. commercial facility which houses a
3-star hotel, a mini-theatre complex and an office and shopping
arena.

three air-conditioned cinema theatres, Bharath, Shilpa Bharath and
Lakshmi Venkatesh, sporting state-of-the-art Digital Track Sound systems.
Features like spacious dining shelves attached to the seats that allow
for the eat-and-watch comfort to the viewer, exclusive interiors, state-of-the-art

conglomerate has made a successful foray into the hospitality sector,
with a centrally air-conditioned 3-star hotel, The Mourya Inn, at
Kurnool. With 8 grand suites, 92 well-appointed rooms, three restaurants,
a conference hall and a banquet hall, it is the largest of its kind
in the neighbouring districts. |

is a pure vegetarian restaurant serving authentic Indian and Chinese
cuisines. Vihar, a garden restaurant. And Galaxy,

and regional sweets. Darbar, an air-conditioned banquet hall
is where seminars, conferences and get-togethers can be organised.
There even are special rooms for mini-conferences. Parinaya,
the air-conditioned function hall equipped with PA and CC TV systems
can accommodate upto 400 people. A state-of-the-art Cyber Café
gives access to internet and eMail.
